A highly versatile pharmacist with experience across community pharmacy, primary care and general practice. Passionate about delivering quality patient-focused work to consistently high and accurate standards. A skilled and confident communicator with the ability to think strategically and drive transformational change across large organisations.
As a Senior Clinical Pharmacist and Independant Prescriber, Abdullah has been involved in the recruitment, management and development of clinical pharmacists and pharmacist technicians, all successfully working across the 43 member practices of the confederation, which serve over 320,000 patients within the borough of Hillingdon.

Abdullah has played a key role in setting up and supporting Covid escalated care clinics, where patients with Covid symptoms are seen and triaged by clinicians.

More recently he has been directly involved in the operations, management, and leading the vaccinations of the two Covid vaccination hubs operating in Hillingdon (Ruislip and Hayes), where currently, more than 9000 patients are being seen on a weekly basis. Abdullah has helped train and set up the workforce which has ensured Hillingdon is in the top bracket for vaccinations in North West London.

Abdullah has also been involved in supporting the ProPharmace GP split sector programme, allowing pre-registration students the opportunity to undertake their pre-registration year within general practice as well as community pharmacy and supporting the training of supervisors and ensuring they are inducted for their roles effectively.
